Updated Ohio FPS 2009-2010 Registration Materials are now available**IMPORTANT-Please read below**Recommended registration for all components is October 15. Registration must be completed by the 2nd Friday in December for ALL COMPONENTS. A late fee of $15.00 per registration will be assessed after this date. Registration closes for all components the 2nd Friday in January. Submitted materials will not be evaluated without a PO # or a check by the due date for all programs.
